If you are not in a position to buy a one-year Maintenance Agreement for your copy of WildPackets software, you now have the option to purchase access to Technical Support for a single incident. This convenient option allows you to use your credit card to gain immediate access to the WildPackets Technical Support Team by phone or email.

How it Works

  • Per Incident Support Contracts allow you access to both email and phone support for a single incident only.
  • Contracts must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Once activated a contract is valid for 14 days
  • Up to one hour of total support time is available

Validate Product

When you validate your serial number, you start the Per Incident process. Please make sure your serial number is complete and correct. This will ensure that the proper software program is covered under your Per Incident Maintenance Agreement.
