U.S. & Canada Sales Only

The WildPackets Online Store only sells to customers in the United States and Canada. Not all products are sold online. Please visit our Products section to see a complete listing of all the products we offer directly from Sales.

Prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and for US and Canada customers only. For sales outside of the US and Canada, please contact one of our partners, or email us at intlsales@wildpackets.com.

If you represent an education or non-profit organization or are interested in a site or multiple license purchase, please contact sales@wildpackets.com to discuss discount structures.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged for purchases where required by local law in the jurisdiction where the purchaser resides.

Electronic Software Downloads

Online software purchases are delivered electronically. No hard deliverables are included for software purchases. All sales are final.

At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you have provided the WildPackets Store. Once credit card authorization has been received, you will receive instructions and a link to begin downloading your software. Once you complete your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment that provides information about your purchase.

Please read the product information for Electronic Software Downloads carefully since software download purchases are non-refundable.

Hardware Sales & Warranty


Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final for hardware. If you need to evaluate a hardware product prior to purchase, please contact Sales.

1-Year Hardware Warranty

Hardware products includes a 1 year warranty. Should a product become defective within 1 year of purchase, please contact Support.

Hardware Shipments

The WildPackets Online Store only ships hardware and hardware bundled products. Software products must be purchased in a separate transaction and are only available as Electronic Software Downloads.

If the hardware product is not in stock at the time of purchase, you can place a backorder. The estimated shipment date on your backorder is based on product availability and payment processing time and does not include shipping time. For backorders, we will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Hardware orders placed after 4:30 PM Pacific Time or on weekends and holidays will begin payment processing the next business day.

The following hardware shipping options are offered for customers in the U.S. and Canada:

Maintenance & MyPeek

12 and 24 month Maintenance and Support programs are available at the time of purchase. Please visit the Maintenance section for more information about WildPackets' Maintenance Programs.

Extended Maintenance Benefits begin after the online maintenance purchase order is complete. You must designate a technical support contact at the time of purchase, along with a shipping address, contact telephone number, fax number, and email address. The designated contact will then receive all product updates, upgrades, electronic and regular U.S. Mail correspondences, and all other benefits associated with the WildPackets Extended Maintenance Program.

After the maintenance purchase is complete, instructions on how to log in and access your MyPeek maintenance account will be sent via email to the designated contact.

Prices

Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. WildPackets reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the WildPackets Online Store at any time.

Payment Method

You may pay by credit card when ordering products online. At the time your order is placed, WildPackets obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships. Electronic Software Downloads are billed at the time of purchase. The WildPackets Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

The WildPackets Online Store requires the credit card security code for your card for any online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard).

90-Day Software Warranty

The 90-day warranty provides a 90-day from date of purchase assurance that the software will work as advertised. If any issue with functionality arises, the registered product owner reports the anomaly to our support group via our on-line support process.
